Lee Mathews’ Rebrand Resulted in an Underwhelming Collection for MBFWA 2018


To mark their 15th anniversary, LEE MATHEWS went through a rebrand in 2015, which included the addition of new design director Natalia Grzybowski whose design aesthetic was seen in today’s Resort 2019 Collection for the label. Whilst LEE MATHEWS look has organically evolved, establishing itself as a contemporary Australian brand, this year’s collection did not show us that point of difference we were expecting to see. MBFWA: Future Talks #2 Discusses Collaboration and Ethical Practices


Yesterday’s second edition of ‘Future Talks’ presented by Clean Cut explored themes around translating brand values through principle-driven design and business. The seminar focused on collaboration and the power of working together towards a shared goal, future proofing our industry through innovation and ethical practices.
