Just when you thought Sydney’s nightlife was on dying, Sydney electronic duo Flight Facilities flew in and took to the stage last Thursday night for their ‘All Your Love’ Australian tour. Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell, the guys behind the decks, brought an energy unlike any other Flight Facilities gig before.

Toronto musician Daniel Caesar was recently in Australia for the first time ever to play a few shows around the country. We were fortunate enough to snatch up tickets to his sold-out Sydney show which was upgraded to the larger venue of The Enmore Theatre on Sunday night. It was a highly anticipated show, but the Canadian singer/songwriter exceeded our expectations. Click on the photo above to read our review.
From his humble beginnings in Ramona Park, an area of North Long Beach, California – the early Odd Future associate fresh from his Field Day 2018 performance had his own sideshow at one of Sydney’s most favoured venues – Enmore Theatre. A couple of weeks ago on a Monday night, after 12 hours in the office (so much for the 5 to 9 life) and lots of Red Bull in my system, I headed to the Enmore Theatre to watch one of two sold-out side shows of Dallas Green aka City and Colour.
What was the result? A performance that was amazing, intimate, powerful, open, honest, and one that seriously gave me goosebumps.
Former Alexisonfire guitarist and vocalist Dallas Green started City and Colour as a hobby. Now, Green has evolved into one of the most praised acoustic/indie-folk acts to enter the scene in recent times.
Flying over to our shores for the “Groovin’ in the Moo” music festival in May, City and Colour recently announced a few sideshows around the country following a sold-out tour last year. Grab your tickets fast as shows have already sold out!
