Melbourne’s electronic community has come together once again for a special one-off event with the fifth Remedy fundraising event taking place THIS SUNDAY.

It’s come to the end of 2013 – I can’t believe it’s December already – and everyone is starting to think about what they’re going to be doing or where they’ll be next year.
New Zealand born producer Amin Payne has had a massive year and yesterday he decided to top off a great 2013 with one last final gift to us all – a free download of his latest tune – a rework of J Dilla’s ‘Don’t Stop’.
Germany seems to have a lot of hidden talent in their country and slowly, but surely we’re starting to find out a little more about them.
Off the back of our recent interview with rising producer, IAMNOBODI, comes a release from fellow German producer and artist Ben Bada Boom.
Check out his re-fix of Destiny’s Child’s rendition of ‘Emotion’.
For the second year running, join Condensed Milk at The Evelyn to celebrate the life and creations of J Dilla who brought us some pretty damn amazing and inspiring music throughout his lifetime.
An audio-visual tribute to one of the world’s loved and missed recording artists.
A special treat is also being offered for the first 100 people to walk through the door and make a donation, with all donations on the night will going to the J Dilla Foundation.
This could possibly be the best tour news announced for 2013. Yep, I said it. I know it’s only February, but I’m pretty excited about this:
ODDISEE and OLIVIER DAYSOUL.
Two soulful cats from the US are heading our way down under in March for an exclusive Australian/New Zealand tour promoting Oddisee’s album, People Hear What They See, which features Olivier throughout the record.
If you’ll be in Melbourne over the New Year period, kick off 2013 in a memorable way and head to the first ever Let Them Eat Cake festival. With an impressive line-up featuring electronic music’s best from all around the world, including Flying Lotus, The Gaslamp Killer, Theo Parrish, and Slow Magic, this is one festival I wish I could attend.
New Years Day – 1st January 2013
11:00am – 10:30pm
