Song From Scratch: Chet Faker x GoldLink

by

GoldLink describes himself as ‘Rick James meets Justin Timberlake (*NSYNC days) with Backstreet Boys and a little D12 and Tupac’. Interesting.

Chet Faker, on the other hand.. well you all should know how I feel about him.

Now, imagine the two in the studio together creating a song from scratch. Hit the link below to see the outcome.

A Decade of Sneakers

For the last ten years, sneakers have been seen as more than just something we wear to cover our feet. They have been a cultural expression (and for some, an obsession) and an icon of modern times.

Event Review: CARBON 2014 // Part One

by

So when I’ve reviewed CARBON in the past, I’ve often broken each day and/or night into a separate post.

But this year I’m going to try and flip the switch a little bit.

That is, skip the overload of words (as hard as it as a lover of words) and try and break it down into a review that will engage you and disappoint you that you didn’t attend, but also leave you wanting to purchase an early-bird ticket for next year’s event.

Pretty pictures and videos included.
