Yes, that headline reads correctly. Hip-hop legends Wu-Tang Clan have announced they are coming back to Australia with FOUR exclusive shows for their fans. All nine members will play the acclaimed 'Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)' album in full for the first time at the Sydney Opera House this December.
If you’re a hip-hop head, the phrase “Enter the 36 Chambers” probably gets you excited for a particular East Coast US rap group. After much speculation, caused by mysterious social media posts and posters plastered around the country, it has been confirmed that Wu-Tang Clan is coming Down Under.
All nine members will be hitting Aussie soil this December, playing four exclusive shows at the Sydney Opera House on December 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th.
The shows will coincide with the 25th anniversary of “Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chamber),” which features hit tracks ‘C.R.E.A.M.,’ ‘Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing ta Fuck Wit’ and ‘Protect Ya Neck.’ All nine members — RZA, Method Man, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, U-God, Masta Killa, Inspectah Deck, GZA and Cappadonna — will perform the acclaimed album in full for the first time in Australia.
Tickets for all four shows go on sale to the general public at 9am, Thursday, July 19 — so now you have double the chance of snagging a ticket. The last time the group came to Australia was back in 2016, and this time they’ll only be hitting up Sydney. Don’t miss out!
