From one Tiny Desk Concert’ to the next, NPR invited Jorja Smith into their office space to perform an awe-inspiring three-song set.
At only 21-years-old, Jorja Smith already has one of the most powerful voices in the industry, recently releasing her debut album “Lost & Found,” which we’re massive fans of already.
Featured twice on Drake’s “More Life” project, the U.K. artist’s career was catapulted through her connection to the most popular rapper in the world. Continuing to impress the world, Jorja appeared on NPR‘s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ series, impressing everybody with her raw vocal prowess.
Working with an acoustic band, Jorja performed live versions of ‘Blue Lights,’ ‘Teenage Fantasy,’ and ‘On My Mind’ in NPR‘s intimate setting. NPR‘s ‘Tiny Desk Concert’ has got to be one of favourite online series, because it feels like you get up close and personal with the artist and in the close quarters, you really get to hear their vocals shine.
