As with every Acler design (past and present), each Acler piece in their Resort 2019 collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia this year was developed over a process of 12 months and was subtly redrafted and redraped along the way, allowing each individual design to take on its own form naturally.

The end result was a collection of 30 meticulously constructed pieces, all of which had an organic sculptural shape and a refined minimalism; pieces that were universally classic and appealing that you could easily add to your wardrobes and wear off the runway.

Acler presented a cool-toned collection full of different checked and polka dot prints in muted blues and greys with an unexpected bold offset of bright fuchsia pink.

The Resort 2019 collection is new, beautiful and exciting but also trademark Acler with layering at play and their signature use of delicate lace appliques.
