COS Has Created a Capsule Collection With No Fabric Wastage

COS celebrates their 10-Year Anniversary with a 10-piece capsule collection. Unique to the collection is a jigsaw pattern construction, limiting any excess within the pieces. These methods create a clean and considered collection with collapsing volumes and rectilinear silhouettes.

COS is turning 10 this year and to celebrate, the minimalist label is dropping a capsule collection for men, women and children.

First opening up on London’s Regent Street in 2007, the brand now has 198 stores in 33 countries.

The 10-piece capsule has been created like a jigsaw puzzle. Each design pattern has been cut to use the full width of fabric, limiting any excess. The resulting pieces are clean and considered, with predominantly square silhouettes. Crisp cotton and technical polyester make up the collection, which features Japanese design elements like kimono sleeves.

COS’ 10th-anniversary collection will be available worldwide from March 24.

We’ve chosen to feature only the women’s collection here, but you can see the complete collection on their website.
