This morning saw the return of Australian cult label C/Meo Collective at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia.
Off the back of our post of their recent collaboration with Solange Knowles’ multimedia platform, Saint Heron, we were secretly hoping (more than likely dreaming) of a Solange spotting or either of the Knowles sisters but we knew we had to slap ourselves back to reality.
What was presented in front of us, however, was their 2017 resort collection which was bursting with must-buy pieces! There’s a reason why every fashion lover’s first choice is C/Meo Collective and that statement was reinforced with all the looks that came strutting down the runway today.
Although shirts were oversized and suits razor-sharp, feminine accents were spotted throughout, by way of cinched waistlines and floaty hemlines in a colour palette of terracotta, peach, neutral tones and a dash of baby blue.
The powerhouse label is known for its soft, intricate details and origami-like folds did not disappoint one bit.
Check out our favourite looks.
