This is a very last-minute post considering the man will be in town this weekend, but I would rather share the news than keep it to myself: Soulection co-founder Joe Kay is FINALLY heading down under on his own to a run of shows.
If you’ve been living under a rock or are a new follower of The 5 to 9 Life (Welcome!), Soulection is a label I’m often talking about and was fortunate enough to work with them earlier on in the year.
Based out of Los Angeles, Soulection is a record label, radio show and niche collective of creative music makers worldwide. They’re a brand ethos, a culture, a movement, but most importantly, they’re big advocates of doing what you love and sharing the sound of tomorrow.
If you missed the last run of Soulection shows in Australia, you’ll definitely regret it if you don’t hop to it and grab a ticket to one of these shows. Click here for ticket information.
The buzz is already happening online and punters are not happy that Joe Kay does not have a Sydney show booked, but the Soulection crew only played in Perth and Sydney last time, so I think it’s only right that the other cities get some Soulection-lovin’.
I love you Sydney, but don’t be selfish.
Share the love. Or better yet, share The Sound of Tomorrow.
Peace!
