A word I feel is thrown around so much these days, I wonder if anyone really knows its true meaning anymore. I know so many people who call themselves ‘creative’, but what does it really mean and what inspires them to take on this creative persona?
“Inspiring Creativity” is a short film that provides us with a rare insight into the creative minds of 21 artists and cultural figures from art, fashion, film, design, technology and music including Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer, Academy Award nominee James Franco, Hans Ulrich Obrist, Klaus Biesenbach, Academy Award nominee Lee Daniels, Marilyn Minter, Mark Romanek, Moby, Paul Schrader, model Joan Smalls, and TED founder Richard Saul Wurman.
From such a wide spectrum of talented personalities, it is interesting to find out what inspires each person. The overall project communicates what inspires creative thinking, while also provoking thoughts on how culture, society and technology continue to affect creativity.

“Creativity is your spirit. It’s your heart.” – Lee Daniels.
