Released on Sunday evening ‘Victoria Harbour’ comes to us fresh from D-Dot himself and just in time as his Australian tour kicks off this week.
With the song featuring “Just rapping”, this track gets better with every listen.
It’s nice to see Dot speak on so many current things, almost giving us an insight into the life that he’s living at the moment: “Just got back from Hong Kong, realised I’m not even close to where I wanna be at.”
My sentiments exactly when I returned from the US recently; but it’s definitely inspired and motivated me to keep going and get to where I want to be. Yesterday someone told me that I was an inspiration to them. It was crazy to think that I inspired someone, but it was even crazier to hear them say it! And all because I’m chasing my dreams and building The 5 to 9 Life as much as I can.
Dot raps my (end) goal perfectly: “I came to shut it down.” 😉
