Absolut Oz: Eco Graffiti

Absolut Oz, the limited edition bottle created in collaboration with world renowned director, Baz Luhrmann, now takes on a new phase of creativity in the realisation of two eco-friendly street art installations - one in Sydney, one in Melbourne - on an open canvas, outdoor space. Intriguing! Better hurry though - both installations won't be up for much longer. Read on for where each art installation is located!

Absolut Oz - Eco Graffiti

To celebrate ABSOLUT’s latest collaboration with Baz Luhrmann and the creation of their limited edition ‘Absolut Oz’, the famed vodka brand have reached out to local Aussie artists Phibs and Adriana Picker to transform the street and structure of a normal city block into an outdoor art exhibition.

Can’t. Wait. To. See. This.

“I think the ephemeral nature of this work reminds us that art doesn’t have to be something hung in a museum forever, like so much in life it can be fleeting, it’s the impression or memory that counts” – Baz Luhrmann

Tim De Haan’s work will be viewable at the Loch & Key Bar until after the ANZAC Day long weekend, and Adriana Picker’s work can be seen at the old Abecrombie Pub until the first week of May. Not long to go and they’re both clearly sights to see! Hop to it.

And whilst the packaging may look pretty and wondrous, don’t you wonder what the limited edition Absolut Oz vodka tastes like? Well, here’s your answer!

“Absolut Oz features a spiced orange taste profile which blends a number of other quintessentially
aromatic flavours. These all natural ingredients include clove, eucalyptus, orange, rosemary, cardamom,
and grapefruit blended to deliver a distinctive yet subtle vodka which can be enjoyed simply – either neat or topped with soda – or used in the creation of a range of mixed drinks.”

Mmm.. sounds delish!
