Lorde: Tennis Court

The fantastic new offering from New Zealand's Lorde will serve as the title track to her forthcoming EP and is a shining example of the talent this young artist is working with: she exudes confidence, writes exceptionally good lyrics, and has a pretty and unique voice. At the ripe age of 16, this young singer makes you rethink your accomplishments.

Lorde - Tennis Court

At the innocent young age of sweet 16, Auckland-based singer Lorde (aka Ella Yelich-O’Connor) has released ‘Tennis Court’, the follow up single to “The Love Club” EP which reached #1 on iTunes in New Zealand last year and earned her a co-sign from Grimes.

Influenced by the 80s synth sound, this is pop with an alternative twist. Think sweet vocals mixed with snappy lyrics. I love it!

“I fall apart.. with all of my heart.
And you can watch from your window.”

‘Tennis Court’ is the title track of Lorde‘s forthcoming second EP, due out in late July. Can’t wait.
